Click on a picture below to enlarge and view the entire gallery. For this project, we removed a large Jacuzzi tub and replaced it with a beautiful, custom double shower. The sh0wer features a curbless entry and linear drains against the wall-to-wall bench along the back. Since the small shower was no longer needed, per the homeowner’s request, we converted that area to a custom closet with a lot of storage space. Per the homeowner’s request, we preserved the vanity (which was in excellent condition, so why waste it?), but updated it with a new top and sink fixtures. We also preserved the medicine cabinet mirrors. We took them apart and completely refinished them to match the wood finish of the closet doors (which were stained to match the other doors throughout the area). There was also quite a bit of drywall work and painting involved. We love the look of the tile all the way up to the vaulted ceiling in the shower. The gold Kohler fixtures really stand out and compliment the grey porcelain tile which has the look of stone.
